CURRENT GUEST ACCESS INCLUDES: Robert & Mary's home (capacity 60, mask required for those not fully vaccinated); the Pullman platform and its "Many Voices" exhibit (masks encouraged); gardens & trails; The Museum Store (capacity 20, mask required for those not fully vaccinated); and observation hallway at the Goat Dairy (interior corridors require masking for those not fully vaccinated).

SPECIAL TOURS: due to distancing guidelines, we cannot offer Guided Tours of the Home or Archives at this time. Guided Tours of the gardens are available by reservation only through October. Please visit our Calendar, HERE, for more info.

•    Guest transportation is currently UNAVAILABLE
•    LIMITED restrooms are available
•    Trail maps and other paper materials will not be distributed, however mapping is posted
•    Please observe social distancing guideline of 6’ or more when indoors
•    ALL guests are asked to wear masks indoors if they have not been fully vaccinated, including at: The Museum Store, home, Pullman platform, Goat Dairy and Greenhouse
•    Do not enter the property if you are exhibiting signs or symptoms of respiratory illness or infection

 

FAQ:

Are there special Holiday hours?
Hildene will be closed on November 25, 2021; December 25, 2021; and April 17, 2022.  Otherwise, see "Current Hours of Operation" above.

May I purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets to visit Hildene are available upon arrival. We are not able to accept advanced reservations at this time. Capacity limits will be determined by available parking.

May I take a guided tour?
All Hildene venues and exhibits are designed to be self-guided. There are knowledgeable docents available to provide guests with an introduction as well as to answer questions during their visit. For information on our seasonal guided wagon rides or garden tours, please contact our programming director: stephanie@hildene.org.

May I bring a picnic?
Hildene encourages folks to take advantage of our designated picnic area located near the Welcome Center - outside food is welcomed in (carry in - carry out; or, please use provided garbage and recycle receptacles). The Museum Store is also stocked with an array of Hildene cheeses, local snack foods, treats, and cold beverages.

May I pet the animals?
Current guidelines allow petting of animals, although no hands/fingers in mouths. Sanitize hands before and after contact, please.

Open Daily Year-round.
Closed Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas

Currently limited hours and days: Thursday - Monday, 10am and 4:30pm (gates close).
All guests must check in and pay admission at the Welcome Center.

General Admission

Includes Self-Guided tours of Robert and Mary's home, gardens, Hildene Farm, Pullman car Sunbeam, Dene Farm and about 12 miles of walking trails.


$23/Adults - $6/Youth (6 to 16) - Children 5 yrs and under & Members/Free
2ND DAY ADMISSION (with receipt): $7/Adults & Youth (6 to 16)- Children under 6 & Members/Free

Group Tours

Tours for the Visually Impaired
