CURRENT GUEST ACCESS INCLUDES: Robert & Mary's home (capacity 30, mask required); the Pullman platform and its "Many Voices" exhibit (capacity 15, mask required); gardens & trails; The Museum Store (capacity 10, mask required); and observation hallway at the Goat Dairy. Please feel free to observe farm animals from a 6ft distance from fencing at both Goat Dairy and Dene Farm; animal contact is NOT permitted.


CURRENT HOURS of OPERATION: currently limited hours and days. Please visit us Thursday - Monday, 10am and 4pm (gates close). *ALL GUESTS are required to leave contact information for purposes of contact tracing.

ADMISSION RATES: $23 adults, $6 youth (6 - 16yrs), 5yrs and under, as well as MEMBERS - no charge.

•    All guests must leave contact information for the purposes of contact tracing •    Guest transportation is currently UNAVAILABLE
•    LIMITED restrooms are available
•    Trail maps and other paper materials will not be distributed, however mapping is posted
•    Please observe social distancing guideline of 6’ or more
•    Per state mandate, ALL guests must wear masks within 6 ft of others not in their party, including outside
•    MASKS ARE REQUIRED to enter The Museum Store, home, on the Pullman platform, and in the Goat Dairy
•    Do not enter the property if you are exhibiting signs or symptoms of respiratory illness or infection

 

FAQ:

Are there special Holiday hours?
Hildene will be closed on Thanksgiving day, November 26, and December 22 - 26.  Otherwise, see "Current Hours of Operation" above.

May I purchase tickets in advance?
Tickets to visit Hildene are available upon arrival. We are not able to accept advanced reservations at this time. Capacity limits will be determined by available parking.

May I take a guided tour?
All Hildene venues and exhibits are designed to be self-guided. There are knowledgeable docents available to provide guests with an introduction as well as to answer questions during their visit. For information on our seasonal guided wagon rides or garden tours, please contact our programming director: stephanie@hildene.org.

May I bring a picnic?
Hildene encourages folks to take advantage of our designated picnic area located near the Welcome Center - outside food is welcomed in (carry in - carry out; or, please use provided garbage and recycle receptacles). The Museum Store is also stocked with an array of Hildene cheeses, local snack foods, treats, and cold beverages.

May I pet the animals?
For the health and safety of our animals and Hildene animal care staff, petting and/or feeding animals is not currently permitted. Our goats are especially happy for human attention and will greet you at fencing, however during in this time, 6' distance is required.
