With the addition of Lincoln Hall to our beautiful campus, Hildene has expanded the programming available to the community. We are now able to host programs focused on contemporary issues, bringing together historians, thought leaders, and innovators for public events and discussions, ensuring the Lincoln family legacy remains relevant in today’s world.

Each year, Hildene hosts over 40,000 visitors including 23 Youth Programs, 39 Elementary Schools, numerous chartered bus tours and attendees of our workshops, educational talks, and nature walks. Approximately fifty of these mission-related visitor programming offerings are hosted in Lincoln Hall over the course of a typical year.

Our new gathering place also accommodates our community’s needs. In addition to our own mission-driven programming, we work with other local non-profits to host proms, regional conferences, presentations, meetings, celebrations, and other events.
Lincoln Hall can accommodate 225 guests in a modern, aesthetically pleasing facility offering a spectacular view of Mount Equinox. In its inaugural year, Lincoln Hall has hosted the Bennington County Habitat for Humanity Model Home Competition, the 4th Annual Southwestern Vermont Chamber of Commerce Women and Leadership Luncheon, the Manchester Business Association, and other nonprofit groups.
If you have a local nonprofit event you’d like to host at Hildene, please direct all inquiries to Director of Partner Engagements Carmine Cole by telephone at 802-227-7443 or email, and he will be in touch with you soon.
