Annual Giving & Membership Manager – Nonprofit Development and Fundraising - Full-Time/Exempt

This is a full-time/exempt position, reporting to the Director of Advancement, the Annual Giving & Membership Manager owns every aspect of Hildene's annual fund and membership programs—from strategy and messaging through execution, personal solicitation, and stewardship. At its core, this role is about the craft of donor communication: understanding donor psychology and translating it into compelling appeals, campaigns, and stories, then backing that up with confident, direct asks, including mid-level gifts.

Farm Hand - Full-Time/Year-Round

Hildene is seeking a hardworking, dependable, and enthusiastic Farm Hand to join our agricultural team. Working on Hildene's historic farm is unlike working on a typical farm. Our farm is a living classroom, a working landscape, and an integral part of the visitor experience. The Farm Hand helps care for livestock, fields, fences, buildings, and equipment while supporting Hildene's mission of preservation, education, and stewardship.

Hildene seeks an energetic, knowledgeable, and mission-driven Livestock Manager & Educator to oversee the daily care and management of our livestock while creating meaningful educational experiences for visitors of all ages.
