Welcome Center Guest Services Associate (Part Time, Seasonal)
Reporting to the Assistant Director, The Museum Store, Guest Services and Communications, under the overall direction of the Senior Director of Marketing, The Museum Store and Visitor Experience, this is a public-facing role in a fast-paced environment that serves as the first point of contact for Hildene guests in the Welcome Center and Museum Store. Duties include processing admissions and retail merchandise transactions; responding knowledgeably and effectively to questions regarding all aspects of the Hildene experience including membership and volunteer opportunities; supporting day-to-day operations (restocking, shipping, and receiving, etc.) in Welcome Center and Museum Store; respect and enforce protocols for guest safety while on the site; to do such other related work as may be required or requested.
Livestock Manager & Educator - Full-Time/Year-Round
Hildene seeks an energetic, knowledgeable, and mission-driven Livestock Manager & Educator to oversee the daily care and management of our livestock while creating meaningful educational experiences for visitors of all ages.
This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who loves animals, enjoys working outdoors, and is excited to share the story of sustainable agriculture with thousands of visitors each year.
