Exhibit Docent, FT Seasonal
Reporting to the Exhibits Director, this full-time seasonal position requires excellent communication and oratory skills, customer service experience, and an interest in history. Daily responsibilities include guest engagement, exhibit interpretation, guided tours, and daily opening and closing procedures.
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable interacting with a diverse public of all ages, punctual, able to follow written and verbal instructions, able to stand for long periods, have moderate memorization skills, a clean, neat, professional personal presentation (uniforms supplied) and put forth a positive and welcoming demeanor. Proven candidates will have the opportunity to be cross-trained for multiple roles.

Event Associate (seasonal position)
The Private Functions Team is searching for three energetic, hospitality-driven professionals to assist with hosting events from mid-May through mid-October who will be reporting to the Wedding Coordinator with overall direction of the Director of Partner Engagement. General duties include setup and breakdown events on the terrace at the house and in Lincoln Hall, transporting guests via golf cart, when necessary, meet and greet guests and vendors and directing them throughout different stages of the event, and ensuring facilities meet and event-ready standard.
